Philosophy

One of my main goals is to give my clients the resources, self confidence and knowledge that allows them to communicate their needs to me, and their other health care practitioners, and make better decisions regarding their long-term health and well being.

 Specializations

 I have extensive training in therapeutic massage (Canadian Deep Muscle, Swedish) for deep treatment and pain relief, relaxation, and tension relief. I'm also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Therapist (MLT) & am trained in lymphatic taping, complete decongestive therapy (CDT), anatomy, physiology, neurology, pathology, craniosacral therapy, nursing, health care education and remedial exercises.
